Hadith

Reported by Abu Musa Al-Ashari (RA): The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Allah the Exalted, will continue to stretch out His Hand in the night so that the sinners of the day may repent, and continue to stretch His Hand in the daytime so that the sinners of the night may repent, until the sun rises from the west." [Muslim]

Reported by Ibn Mas'ud (RA): The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, "I met Ibrahim (AS) on the Night of Ascension, and he said to me: O Muhammad, convey my greetings to your Ummah, and tell them that Jannah has a vast plain of pure soil and sweet water. It is a plain levelled land. The plants grow there by uttering 'Subhan-Allah, Al-hamdu lillah, La ilaha illallah and Allahu Akbar (Allah is free from imperfection; praise be to Allah; there is no true god except Allah; and Allah is the Greatest)." [Tirmidhi]

It is reported that there used to be poor people in Al-Madinah who didn’t know where they were getting their food from. When Ali ( Zayn al-Abidin ) ibn Husayn passed away, they started missing what they used to be given at night.
Abu Hamzah At-Thumali narrates that ‘Ali the son of Imam Husayn used to carry bread on his back in the darkness of the night and follow the poor people (to give it to them).

He used to say, “Charity in the darkness of the night extinguishes the Lords anger.”
Amr ibn Thabit reports that when ‘Ali the son of Imam Husayn died, they found marks on his back from the sacks of provisions he used to carry at night to the houses of the widows.

Shaybah ibn Nu’amah narrates that when ‘Ali the son of Imam Husayn died they found out that he used to provide for a hundred (poor) families.

Reported by Abu Musa (RA): The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said to me: "Shall I not guide you to a treasure from the treasures of Jannah?" I said: "Yes, O Messenger of Allah!" Thereupon he (peace be upon him) said, "(Recite) 'La hawla wa la quwwata illla billah' (There is no change of a condition nor power except by Allah)." [Bukhari & Muslim]

Sayyidah Salma reported that she went to Sayyidah Umm Salamah (RA) and found her weeping. She asked her what made her weep. She said, “I saw Allah’s Messenger (Peace and Blessing Upon Him) in my dream. There was dust on his head and beard. I asked him, ‘What is wrong with you, O Messenger of Allah (Peace and Blessing Upon Him)?’ He said, ‘I have just witnessed Husayn’s murder.”
[Sunnan Al Tirimdhi : Hadith No. 3796]

Reported by Jundub bin Sufyan (RA): The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "He who offers the dawn (Fajr) prayers will come under the Protection of Allah."

The Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) is reported to have said:
My life is blissful for you because you hear traditions from people and relate them to others and my death is also blissful for you because your deeds will be presented to me. If they're in good state, I'll thank and praise Allah (swt) on your behalf and if they're in bad state, I'll ask forgiveness for your sins on your behalf.
